Monthly Fee
Based on 10 to 15 hours a week. Minimum engagement of 3 months. Clean exit if either side decides it’s not working.
I’ve spent 20 years building products inside startups. I’m happiest close to the founder, the customers, and the people building the thing.
Things I’ve built

What's the difference between this and hiring a fractional CPO?
A fractional CPO helps run your product organization. I come in to solve a specific product problem and work with the team until we’ve made real progress.
Is this daily availability?
Not as a fixed daily block. I commit 10 to 15 hours a week, and we use them wherever the product needs attention.
Do you just give strategic advice, or do you actually execute?
Both. My hours split between deciding what to build and helping build it. Writing specs, reviewing work, unblocking engineering, talking to users. If you only need a strategist, I'm probably not the cheapest option. If you need someone who thinks and ships, that's the fit.
How fast can we start?
Within days of the discovery call, not months.
Do you work with founders from technical and nontechnical backgrounds?
Both. With nontechnical founders, I help turn product decisions into something design and engineering can act on.
What feels stuck?
No pitch. Tell me about the product and the decision in front of you.
